Moments is a short film series that explores the intersection of scripture and our lives. It is an attempt to see God at work in our surroundings, to grasp for the depths of meaning inherent in the gospel if we choose to open our eyes to it.
The Father’s story is playing out before us and within us every second. All it takes is a bit of imagination and focus to see it.
Humility
Contrasting the humble birth of Christ with the prodigious church buildings of today, the need for simple humility and authentic service comes into focus. Why do we build these structures? Is it for God’s glory, or our own? How much good is wasted on brick and mortar?
These are questions we, the church, should consider.
